A signed implementation contract may be required in order to purchase this product. This product may require an annual maintenance fee to support all certified functionality. Support for integration of this product with other systems for patient lists, transitions of care, incorporating lab results, transmission of electronic lab results to ambulatory providers, patient portal, secure messaging, transmission to immunization registries, syndromic surveillance may require additional one-time costs.
