Summary of notification: Due to the rising prices of specialty drugs, the AWP Pricing Fields will be adjusted to accommodate drugs with larger numerical values. Effective September 30, 2016, the AWP Pricing Fields will shift from 7 digits (99999.99 (5.2 format)) to 10 digits (99999999.99 (8.2 format)). We understand the value that accurate pricing information provides our clients and this update to RED BOOK deliverables will provide pricing information in greater detail.

Summary of notification: Thank you for your continued use of RED BOOK Products. Effective April 1, 2016, as mandated by the Affordable Care Act (ACA), Federal Upper Limit (FUL) pricing is being applied to specific NDCs instead of at the substance, strength, route and form level. We are in the process of making the appropriate changes necessary to support the new FUL pricing structure.

Summary of notification: Beginning January 1, 2016, the Microsoft Internet Explorer® browser version 8 (IE8) will no longer be a supported browser for all Micromedex Solutions mentioned above in "products affected". This means the following:
Users can continue to use IE8, with the understanding that Micromedex Solutions products will no longer be tested and defects deemed exclusive to IE8 will not be addressed after December 31, 2015.
