Truven Health Analytics Launches New Community Hospital Solution Suite

Tailored analytics to drive new data-driven solutions for small, acute care hospitals

Las Vegas, NV (HIMSS Booth #3021), Mar. 01, 2016 — Truven Health Analytics, a leading provider of healthcare data and analytics solutions and services, launched its new Community Hospital Solution Suite, a comprehensive portfolio of products designed to provide actionable insights around performance improvement to small, acute care hospitals.

The Community Hospital Solutions Suite is tailored to specifically to address the needs of smaller, mostly independent facilities with 150 beds or fewer. It harnesses the power of Truven Health’s best-of-breed analytic and data resources to enable strategic planning, expense optimization, and clinical performance improvement for these organizations.

Included in the Suite is the Balanced Performance Assessment that gives community hospitals a holistic view of their organizational performance based on set of actionable, easy-to-use measures of facility clinical and financial performance. These measures are combined with Medicare Cost Report data, comparative market share information, and pertinent community demographic data to develop targeted solutions to enhance hospital performance on clinical, financial, and patient satisfaction dimensions.
