Marjorie Hatzmann, MBA
Director, Client Services, Analytic Consulting and Research Services
Ms. Hatzmann has over 20 years of health care experience working with the Federal government, State governments, health and business coalitions, and health plans. Recent projects have focused on creation of Web-based tools for data analysis, program evaluation, program management, and automating business processes. Her current or recent roles include:
- Project director for an enterprise-scale Web development project to create a waiver management system for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid services (CMS)
- Project director for an initiative to provide technical support to CMS for the Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) Business Information Solutions (MACBIS) project, and the Healthcare.gov Web site
- Project director for a Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) initiative to assist CMS in evaluating the implementation of the Medicaid Electronic Health Record (EHR) Incentive Payment Program
- Project manager of an initiative to create a Web-based tool to conduct rapid comparative effectiveness research for the Assistant Secretary on Planning and Evaluation.
Ms. Hatzmann holds an MBA with a concentration in operations management from the University of Connecticut and a BA in psychology from the University of Rochester.
