Ms. MacCallum has over 18 years of experience in software development and project management. Her experience spans Federal and commercial sectors and includes development of Web-based applications and optimization algorithms. Her current or recent roles include:
- Project manager for the Integration of the National Healthcare Quality and Disparities Reports Web resources for the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ)
- Project manager for MONAHRQ®—My Own Network powered by AHRQ—an application that allows health care organizations to generate health care reporting Web sites using their own data
- Previous leader of software development projects for AHRQ to support the Medical Panel Expenditure Survey, the Healthcare Cost and Utilization Project, the National Quality and Disparities Reports, and Patient Safety Organizations.
Ms. MacCallum has an MSC from the University of Virginia, a BS from the University of Maryland, and a BA in mathematics from the University of Virginia. She also has Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute.
