Senior Research Manager, Analytic Consulting and Research Services
Ms. Sredl has more than 31 years of experience with Medicaid and Medicare populations, program characteristics, and administrative data files. Most recently, her work has focused on using various health care administrative data sources to inform policymakers and other industry stakeholders for Federal, State, and private-sector organizations. Her current or recent roles include:
- Project Director for the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation (ASPE) Long-term Care Insurance Partnership Program project where she oversees data submission, HIPAA compliance, software development, and carrier training tasks
- Leader for a team of analysts and programmers for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Dual Eligible Environmental Scanning and Data Architecture project; software developer for program characteristic reports, State profiles, and data books for the Medicare-Medicaid enrollee population
- Programming leader for a series of annual reports and historic tables documenting State long-term services and supports (LTSS) expenditures using CMS-64 data and other data sources.
